Wisprs is the data controller for the personal data we process in connection with the Service (wisprs.co). For contact details, see our Privacy Policy or support@wisprs.com.

We process your data on the basis of contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (security, improvement, analytics where applicable), and where required by law. Purposes include: account and authentication; provision of transcription, summaries, and related features; billing and subscription management; notifications; security and abuse prevention; and compliance with legal obligations.

We process account and profile data (e.g. email, name), usage and billing data, and the content you upload (audio, video) plus resulting transcripts and AI-derived outputs. We do not use your content to train AI models. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and comply with law. Retention may vary by plan and product. You can request deletion of your data; we will handle requests in line with our retention and deletion practices.

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, use the dashboard (e.g. export, delete content) or contact us at support@wisprs.com.

Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country. Where we transfer data from the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions) as required by law.
